font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> new awareness that have allowed the birth of figures now central: among these, the <\/span><span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\"><strong><i>Chief Happiness Officer<\/i><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\"><strong> (CHO)<\/strong><\/span>, <em>m<\/em><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>a<\/em>nager<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of happiness.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personality still little known in the Italian scene, the CHO applies in companies the so-called science of happiness, born from the intuition of the psychologist Martin Seligman and his <span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\"><strong>PERMA MODEL<\/strong><\/span> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">positive emotions<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">engagement<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">relationships<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">meaning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accomplishment<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) which makes it a complex construct on which you can focus to increase well-being.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A CHO is a connecting figure between <em>management<\/em> and employees with knowledge of psychology, sociology and human resources. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">task is to assess, first of all, the level of<\/span> <span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\"><strong>well-being<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the workers of a company to then study strategies, measures and actions to improve the environment and make employees more<\/span> <span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\"><strong>motivated<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: ubuntu; font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\">productive<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #8c52ff;\">.<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: ubuntu;
