A fluid exchange between companies seeking innovative solutions and the new generation of digital natives.
Scintille is Trentino Sviluppo's innovative Open Innovation program with the goal of connecting young people and their ideas with companies in the Trentino region based on specific business challenges.
The challenge involved 5 companies in different sectors:
1. Automotive
The program with related challenges in different areas is published on VGen's platform and open for applications.
25 young talents with different academic profiles in STEM fields are selected and divided in work teams after a cognitive interview, and each team is assigned to the 5 participating companies.
Participants attend 2 weeks of training on business needs and company characteristics with a business mentor and on Agile methodologies with an Agile Coach.
For the next 4 weeks, teams work on developing solutions to business challenges supported by their Agile Coach.
At a concluding live webinar, the teams present their solutions and work done throughout the Program period to the companies, Trentino Sviluppo and VGen. 3 solutions are currently under development and implementation.
